Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10 feet
100 double-unders

Why do you think there wasn’t a alternative for the muscle up scaled people????

I guess not since I was dead tired! I just thought it was interesting they didn’t give a scaled movement for the muscle ups.
