Over Head Squat 3-3-3-3-3
Hang in there folks, two more weeks of the CrossFit Open. I am super impressed and excited about how well you all are doing. The Open has its way of exposing weaknesses. We all have them and despite us all doing the same workouts, our weaknesses are different. Those of us who did the open last year are seeing improvement over last years performances. Sometimes when a workout isn’t in our wheelhouse we get discouraged but all we can do is pick our heads up and be sure to focus on what we struggle with. A good place to start is by either not cherry picking the workouts we’re not good at or spending a little time before and after class doing those little things that will help us progress. The hard part is staying consistent and staying motivated to work on something we might not like (which is probably why it’s our weakness).
Keep up the good work everyone, I’m really proud of all of you! And you all should be proud of yourselves for your efforts and the fact that you even took on this challenge of the CrossFit Open.
