Workout of the Day
for time:
1000 meter row
500 double-unders
250 push-ups
*partition the double-unders and push-ups as you like
*1000 meter row must be done at one time, athlete can choose when to do the 1000 meters
I don’t know about you but I had a blast, Saturday was fun! You all worked hard and I was impressed with your scores and most importantly with the effort you put in. Thanks to all the athletes who helped judge, you all were a huge help. Thanks for everyone who came out to watch, participate, and hang out! Don’t burn yourselves out on fun, we have 4 more weeks to go! If you took any great pictures, please send them my way.

I didn’t anticipate being as nervous as I was! Thank you for all the energy and support…I got PRs for snatch AND clean and jerk Saturday! Looking forward to the next round.
As a coach and fellow athlete it was inspiring watching all of you battle these workouts on Saturday. I saw so much heart and drive it was inspiring. I look forward to continue watching and participating over the next few weeks and to see the continued growth of all the ACF athletes.
