Workout of the Day:

Bodyweight  WOD

10 Rounds

30 Penguins

10 Single leg Russian Deadlift (5/side)

10 Push-ups

Dumbbell WOD 

10 Rounds

30 Double-unders

10 KB Sumo Deadlift

10 DB Floor Press

Accessory: Laying hamstring stretch 2 mins/side

Warmup:

400 meter run (or run for 2 mins)

2-3 Rounds

10 PVC (or broomstick) pass thru

10 kneeling shoulder taps

30 jump rope or jumping jacks

10 jump squat
