Barbell Reverse Lunge

5 sets x 5 reps per leg

 

AMRAP 8 minute

2 DB Box Step-up (50’s/35’s)

1 Burpee Box Jump

4 Step-up

2 Burpee Box Jump

*continue adding 1/2 reps until you complete the 8 minutes

Accessory:

30 Partial Turkish Get-ups
