Workout of the Day

for time:

500 double-unders
*every time you fail on DUs complete 5 handstand push-ups

Spend 15 minutes stretching after the workout

 

Memorial Day weekend:

No workout on Saturday
Murph on Monday, 10 & 11am

 

*****Please take everything home with you this week. Anything that does not belong here permanently (including water bottles, coffee mugs, glasses, flip flops and Santa hats) will be donated on Saturday.****

    Attention athletes: the jump ropes are now organized by size! There are three different size groups. The ropes on the shortest rack are…the shortest ropes! These include the red handled ropes with a bit of orange tape on one end of the rope as well as the brightly colored ropes (pink, purple, green). The medium rack has medium sized ropes (go figure). Finally, the rack marked “TALL” has the longest ropes. Please return the ropes to the appropriate rack after use. Let’s see if we can keep them as neat and tidy as the kettle bells and dumb bells!
