Workout of the Day

5 rounds of:

single leg dead lift, 10 each leg
max rep unbroken wall ball shot, 30 minimum
2 minute rest



Memorial Day weekend:

No workout on Saturday
Murph on Monday, 10 & 11am


*****Please take everything home with you this week. Anything that does not belong here permanently (including water bottles, coffee mugs, glasses, flip flops and Santa hats) will be donated on Saturday.****
