5 Pull-ups or Bent over Row

10 Push-ups

15 Sit-ups

20 air squat

Accessory: accumulate 2:00 handstand hold

Warmup:

1 mile run (8:30 min)

20 walking lunge

10 bootstrappers

10 inch worm w/hand release push up

10 scorpion

20 hollow rock
