Thank you all for honoring Veteran’s Day! I hope you all had a nice day off and got in a little recreational fun.
If you haven’t noticed, we have been doing “Hero WODs” all month. I saw it done by Park City CrossFit in July and thought November, with Veteran’s Day and all, would be good for us and just as honorable. When you come in to do these workouts think about the sacrifice these men and women have made to protect their cities, towns, and country. All of these men and women named in these “Hero WODs” have paid the ultimate sacrifice. So this month, during these workouts, give it a little extra in honor of these people!
