4 Rounder:
No barbell here and we are working on some more interval style training. Focus on quick turns on the shuttle run. Quick box jumps and the pull ups are a set that shouldn’t have you breaking any more than 3 times in the later rounds with short breaks. You’re picking up where you left off during the rest and with a 3 min break you should really be pushing the pace with the 4 min work window.
