2 x 1 @ 70% of 1 Rep Max

3 x 1 @ 75% of 1 Rep Max

Rest 2 Mins between sets

Push Jerk

2 x 3 @ 65% of 1 Rep Max

3 x 3 @ 70% of 1 Rep Max
