2 Rope Climbs
400 meter run
3 Rope Climbs
400 meter run
4 Rope Climbs
400 meter run
5 Rope Climbs
400 meter run
6 Rope Climbs
400 meter run
7 Rope Climbs
400 meter run
8 Rope Climbs
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 8 rope climbs, go on to 9. If you complete 9, go on to 10, etc.
First try ever at rope climbs. Lived. My hands are still in ICU, now I’m not as afraid of them!!
