Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 second Handstand hold
30 second Squat hold
30 second L-sit hold
30 second Chin over bar hold
Silver State 50/50 – 13.1 Miles, 50 Kilometers, 50 Miles – Any takers on doing the 13.1 trail half marathon with me? Training plan – a couple of sprint sessions, 1 long run and a lot of CrossFit. Incase you didn’t know, I’m not a huge fan of running and have never done anything like this!
