Workout of the Day

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 second Handstand hold
30 second Squat hold
30 second L-sit hold
30 second Chin over bar hold


Silver State 50/50 – 13.1 Miles, 50 Kilometers, 50 Miles – Any takers on doing the 13.1 trail half marathon with me? Training plan – a couple of sprint sessions, 1 long run and a lot of CrossFit. Incase you didn’t know, I’m not a huge fan of running and have never done anything like this!

Meditate To Sleep Better & Recover Faster From Training: Better Anabolic Response Too!

    If it was a little further away I would. Next year? We’re getting this little girl on a schedule, so hopefully I’ll be back next week. Just in time for my birthday 🙂

    There is a CrossFit teens competition on April 21st for 13-18 year olds at TJ’s Gym in San Rafael. I know someone competing and will be going to watch. If anyone wants to go you are welcome to ride along. Spectator tickets are $5.

    Day off today. See you all tomorrow. Also, for the BBQ on Saturday I have one ice chest and several chairs, but extras of those never hurt. And, a folding table or two for the food would be great too.

    can’t wait to “get down on it” this Saturday! (google it, Dan. it’s a song.). stocked up on some b-day goodies at the store today. word is it’s Chris’s birthday too! with all these April athlete birthdays and our box’s anniversary fast approaching, we have a shit ton to celebrate!

    Was looking forward to reading the meditation post but it’s done darn it.
    Did read the one about women and muscle and one more thing to add why women should gain more muscle…more muscle mass=more testosterone=increased libido…
