Job well done last night! I threw a serious WOD your way, and you all handled it with ease.
I’m so excited to have another local “Paleo” blogger join our little but growing Auburn CrossFit community. And she’s got the hook up on some local grass-fed beef. We’re going to start tomorrows WOD with some solid mobility work. If you have a foam roller, lacrosse or tennis balls, bring them in! Any sort of resistance band would be good to bring in as well.

I watch my boys doing bear crawls at football practice and they made it look so easy! Not so easy with long legs! My goal is to cut my time in half in 3 months!
The bear crawl will be EASY soon enough!
