Back to heavy lifting by popular demand

You all did well yesterday on the rope climbs. Getting the foot hold down is pretty important if you want to continuously get up that rope. The better your foot hold is, the more you can use those legs to shimmy up that rope. Oh, and don’t forget long socks! And if you slide down rather than climb down you’ll burn your hands and the same thing can happen to your shoes, just ask Zack…

AMRAP in 7 minutes of

7 hang cleans 135/95

7 burpee box jumps 30/24

Post highest load for each movement and total rounds of “clean/burpee”

    68/88/108 and 4 rounds with 88. love that split jerk! it was such a struggle a few weeks ago when i first tried it, but something clicked today. i wish i had put more weight on the bar!

      Hey Molly, so apparently you and I have the same hair stylist. Poor Torey got a double dose of CrossFit/paleo talk this week! Hopefully she’ll be checking out the CrossFit craze soon. 🙂
