Today I want you to break a sweat building and working on a skill that you want to be better at. I will be here to give you options if you don’t know what you want. I will be here to coach you. Don’t treat today as a rest day, treat it like you treated recess as a youngster. Use today to build your skills.

Do a benchmark WOD, make it a strength day, gymnastics day, mobility day…
