WOD
spend the first half working on your “mobility” (squat test anyone?) and gymnastics skills
then
“Annie”
50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Double-unders
Sit-ups
just when i thought my double unders were improving, annie schooled me. 9:19 Rx.

I can’t vouch for them as I haven’t tried the recipe, but if you make them, let us know what you think.
Thanks for the recipe Molly. I didn’t have 2 of the ingredients so I had to find another recipe. If good I will let you know and pass it on.
As for the workouts. My sadistic side came out and I felt I had to come in early and complete “Randy”, which I did and was happy with a 5:46 Rx. Then we got to do “Annie”. Being a DU was one of my weaknesses (but I am getting much better) I was happy with a time of 8:01 Rx.
12:50 and proud! Okay maybe not. I’m going to go practice my double unders now…
Can’t do the double unders yet, so did the triple singles in 9:39 and it felt good!
12:58rx. We should be proud Amber, for now. Anyway, to the important stuff….we don’t want to wear out Friday night spirits, but if okay with Coach, 5:30 will enjoy refreshments once again this Friday…..please join us. No-go for Thursday, see folks on Friday.
