CrossFit Fundamentals

Our CrossFit fundamentals course will consist of all of the CrossFit fundamental movements. We will also cover nutritional suggestions for optimal performance, rest and recovery protocols and expectations of our athletes.

Our main objective in the CrossFit fundamentals course is to provide you with the knowledge and safety to begin seeing great results with the Auburn CrossFit method. Each class will provide you with more and more food for thought, please ask as many questions as you need. Safety first, then results.

The Auburn CrossFit training methodology is unlike other gyms, bootcamps, or fitness programs. We use various tools to help our clients reach their fitness goals. Our training methodology includes nutrition counseling and expert coaching on Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, kettlebells and basic gymnastics movements. We enjoy focusing our energy on helping our athletes realize their true potential and reach their optimal level of performance / fitness. To be sure that you are ready for our group sessions we require all new athletes get started one of three ways. Our CrossFit fundamentals course, private lessons or testing out – proving your knowledge and efficiency of the CrossFit movements.
