Goal check

I want all of you to think about finishing off your one month goal that you set almost 2 months ago…  You will have a little bit of time today after the WOD to work on it and again on Thursday. On Thursday evening I’ll be wiping the board clean. So, once you hit that goal you’ll have a fresh new place for a new goal up on the board.

    This one was fun. Thanks again for the good programming Elijah. Got it done at work, completed 148 reps. 10 minutes hurt pretty bad.

    1 month goal achieved. Although I missed half of May, I’ve embarked on my 3 month goal of doing the Rx, which started with today’s WOD (thank you Elijah, may I have another). My time, reps, etc will certainly take a hit, but I’m excited to give it a go. – Dan
