Not too much more. I know my C & J will be pretty damn good! The clean was simple
I agree the clean was the easiest part of that lift. I got 195lb x 2 reps. Also I finally got my first muscle-up, pretty happy about that.
118 for two reps. stoked to be thrusting more than I weigh! looking forward to a heavy c&j.
