The 530 & 630am classes start today! I look forward to working with all the new folks and getting them on that white board.

      Not too much more. I know my C & J will be pretty damn good! The clean was simple

    I agree the clean was the easiest part of that lift. I got 195lb x 2 reps. Also I finally got my first muscle-up, pretty happy about that.

    nice steve. congrats on your first muscle up, thats got to feel good. i got 195 2 rep and a 205 1 rep.
