Good time and good peeps

I really need to get serious about taking pictures!!!

 

We had a great time on Saturday, thanks to all of you who came! It was fun to hang out, be inspired by the Games athletes and sample some of your great Paleo dishes. The 3 WOD’s were just enough for everyone, a great way to end the week.

    Great food and company on Saturday. I am feeling those 3 WODs. Might need an extra rest day this week.

    Good strength and sprint workout today. It felt good to get back into the gym today. I think the games inspired me!

    Front squats: 73 lbs. working up to getting flexible enough to go heavier. Wall/ball and jumping pull ups 5:08, bleh. My traps are really sore, lol.

    123 on the front squat, and 4? on the WOD. Steve beat me by 30 seconds! I think I need to go surfing in Mexico for a week to get stronger.
