Bring it on Molly!
I really want to improve my push up ability, would it be too much to do them every day? Would it hinder my performance in other areas? What is the best way to improve? Start slowly with “girl” push ups until I can do 5 sets of 20 or just start with regular push ups and go until I literally can’t pick myself up off the floor. I’m looking at spending about 15 minutes every morning. Thanks 🙂
