Today we will be playing around with some basic gymnastics movements. I will take 10 minutes to go over each movement at the beginning of class. While I go through each of the gymnastic movement options you will be doing a 10 minutes squat test. After you finish the squat test get to work trying the different movements. If you don’t complete the 10 min squat test, immediately get to work rolling on a lacrosse ball, stretching with a band or anything attacking the issue that stopped you from finishing the squat test! Then go have a little fun.
