In case you didn’t notice, it’s hot out. As always you need to make sure you’re drinking plenty of WATER!
I’m not sure what’s going on with blog participation these days. Where is my ACF community? I feel like I’m talking to myself at this point.
So, let’s see what you think about this….
WOD
Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
275 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
13 Push-ups
9 Box jumps, 24 inch box
I know for a few days it wouldn’t let me leave a comment, glad I can now. What will the women’s dead lifts be?
I will leave a comment everyday as soon as I can deadlift 275 pounds :p or just not suck. 🙂
Well. This dang thing kicked my butt. Then I got home and moved 2×4’s. My hats off to all you 10+ rounds. 5+5 for me and proud. Thanks Elijah You totally wore out all 3 of us.
