I am thoroughly impressed with how far you all have come in a such a short amount of time. Not to mention how strong you’re getting. It’s just crazy, you are all some great athletes whether you know it or not! Whatever you people are doing, keep it up.
You big guys may have me beat on the big lifts, but when it comes to those Met-Cons I’ve got you beat… for now.
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
