Sure, if it is your rest day take it. If you need a day off, have at it. When it comes to a weakness, tackle it head on!

    Thanks for letting me work up slowly this morning to get my back loosened up. I really like these style workouts. It felt good after yesterday.

    30 heavy c&js is hard work! made it to 108. see everyone at the end of next week. muscles needs a little vacay:)
