new faces

We keep finding new faces in the box every week. Make sure you introduce your self and make our newest friends feel welcome. Give them help if they need it, if it’s in your scope of practice. So far you’ve all been very helpful, thank you!

We stepped away from the barbell for a few days, time to get back at it!


complete as many rounds as possible

in 12 minutes of:

9 dead lift
7 hang clean
5 front squat
3 push press

    I have been having a blast a your gym Elijah. Look forward to seeing more new faces, because it means success for you. Todays workout was fun, still made me realize that hang cleans are hard! I got 5 rounds plus 13 reps. Look forward to tomorrow.

    6 rounds, 9 dead lifts and 2 hang cleans. The hang cleans were way more taxing than I had anticipated!

    Well, I now know what my 1month, 2month, 3month goals need to be…..dang that Rx. Like the photos and new faces (and old faces).

    Thanks for the warm welcome ACF. I am a tad sore today, no actually extremely sore and walking like an old lady, but I will be back in the am and ready to go. Your encouragement goes a long way, thanks again.
