This coming Saturday we will meet at the gym at 9 or at training hill gate entrance at 915. We need to hit the trail as soon as possible. I need to be back to the gym by 11 for a few newbies, so they can join in on the fun soon. This means only one regular class on Saturday, no 10am.
June 9th I will be going over the Paleo nutrition information and giving you a handout. I know we have some skeptics in the group but if you are looking for a positive change in your performance your nutritional program might have to change. And if you want to argue it, first explain why you need to disagree with 100% real, unaltered food.
On ramp program: in the next few weeks I will be starting an on ramp program to introduce new people to the concepts of training at Auburn CrossFit. If you know anyone who might be interested let me know.
We are also looking into starting a 5 and maybe a 6am class. If you or anyone you know would be interested please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner we know who will be doing it, the sooner it will start. The first few weeks of the morning classes will be treated as an on ramp class.

love those baby weights! and the randy wasn’t as bad as I feared. I’m guessing at least 5 of my 75 snatches were “right”. 153 on the dead lift and man can I feel it!
