Amber walking on her hands, not bad for a soccer player!


You all looked pretty excited yesterday during our open gym play day! I think Amber spent about 20 minutes practicing walking on her hands. I’m so glad you’re all enjoying what we have going on here at Auburn CrossFit. You are all doing really well, keep it up!

I’ve heard some people say ‘oh, I eat a Paleo diet BUT…’. Look, if you are on a diet and there’s a but, you’ve still got a little fighting to do for WHATEVER you’re trying to accomplish. I don’t care if you’re looking for weight loss or if you’re looking to improve your performance in life and/or sport, it’s all about your lifestyle! You need to adopt a lifestyle that works for you, which it seems like you’re all on the right path. When I say lifestyle, I’m talking about not stressing out on little shit, eating REAL food, moving your ass like it was meant to move and lifting something heavy every now and again. A few of you have started to ask about nutrition and a few of you have experienced me on a roll talking about nutritional habits. I would like to hold a nutrition workshop/talk on Saturday June 9th. I’d like to share everything I know with all of you but nutrition is a touchy subject, so please, come with an open mind. In my opinion if you’ve already walked through that garage door and are signed up for Auburn CrossFit, your mind is open. Please let me know if Saturday June 9th is a good day for you or not.
