Oh now you are right aligning the WOD? Really? 😉 I vote the hippie way. Also, I like it when you actually ‘blog’, even if you are scolding us about something (i.e. cherry picking WODs). It is motivating. So get busy. Please.

Goal Check: My three month goal was to do the Rx WOD (mostly regarding poundage). This week, so far, I’ve slapped on the Rx weight……thank you Elijah, sir, may I have another. Time, reps, etc might suffer near-term, but I’m stoked to give it a run. – Dan
This was a good WOD. Pistol squats were new to me but I liked them. I can truly feel my quads this morning. It’s that awesome soreness.
