    heather is so pretty. it’s too bad she’s such a wine-o. dan – we’ve got to convert her to smaller brown bottles!

    133 on front squats and 203 on dead lifts. 8 reps is A LOT when that bar gets heavy!

    She looks like she’s up to no good, I wonder who was the next to drink from that bottle? Today will be rough, rather sore from yesterday’s run, but I’ll be there.

    I saw her carrying the bottle and it was empty so I’m pretty sure she finished the bottle all by herself! Love you Heather!

    Saw some heavy lifting tonight! Way to to go! Got 83# full front squats – finally getting my behind closer to the ground and 175# deadlifts.

    those bottles were almost empty by the time I got to them…
    Friday night was fun–E-dog and Rosie–thanks for setting things up/sharing the space…Kyle and crew–the fire was awesome–thanks–Molly, Amber, Lanette, and anyone else I’m not mentioning–the grub was GOOD! Thanks to all! Good times!!

    My sister is training for the Marathon coming up that some of you are planning to run, so I ran 11 miles with her yesterday. Probably not the best idea considering I have NEVER ran more than a 5k in my life. It is an a testament to Elijah and Crossfit that I could finish it.

    5:30pm I showed up for front squats @ 165 and deadlift @ 165 (technique is getting better).

    way to go, Jenny! I’d love to run a longer distance – training hill is the longest I’ve run. heather – you should make us go on one of your long training runs. and though I tease, I confess, I took a big swig from the nearly empty wine bottle before heather 🙂
