John and Amy are kind enough to host a WOD event at their Lucky 13 Ranch. I think we are going to be putting our “functional fitness” to the test as we play the role of John and Amy’s ranch hands for a day… This can be an all day or all day and night event. I’ve been told they have a zip line into the pond, sounds fun… Feel free to bring a tent and stay the night by the pond, and the kiddos are welcome too! Mike and Scott are going to talk to their friends at two different breweries in the area and see what they can wrangle up for us to bring to the festivities.

    I forgot to write down my time, but I just have to say THANK YOU for scaling this WOD down to 2 rounds. having said that, I went home and wondered why the hell I didn’t just do that third round. crossfit is such a freaking mind game.

    Modified it to replace the 5 tg’s with 25 double handed kettlebell swings at 35 lbs, used 26 lbs for the single arm and clean, then wimped out to 15 lbs for the press, 400 total, lol in 25 and change. I should have at least done 20 lb presses.

    that was pain at 53 lbs had to slump to 35lbs on tgu but 53 for the rest.the 630 class when i left
    they where killing it nice job.

    Molly, I am with you on it being a mind game. As I was driving home, I texted Elijah telling him how I was kicking myself in the behind with not doing it 35 lbs Rx.
    5:30 p.m. class I missed working out with you all.
