Save the date, September 29th

 

Auburn Recreation is putting on a short 1 mile fun run with some fun obstacles. I’d love to see as many of us out there as possible. It starts early, and it will be over quick, so no reason to skip this one!

    Got it done at work. Snatch balance was fun, worked on sets of 3 with 135lb. Stopped deadlift at 5 reps of 285lbs. Nice to do some lifting.

    By the way does anyone else have some wicked bruises on their forearms from those KB snatches yesterday.

    School is unhealthy, it’s causing me to miss the WOD.

    On another note, the tops of my forearms are more beat up than Rhiana! Big ‘ol bruises!! 53 pounds is a hard hit to handle.
