Way to plug through yesterday’s WOD! Today we are going to slow it down and work to our heaviest, single rep on the snatch. For those of you who don’t yet have this movement down, you will be getting very well acquainted with a PVC pipe. We are looking for our one rep SQUAT snatch not power snatch. Even if you get less on your squat snatch than your power snatch because you are scared or unable to complete a full squat under heavy weight, you will still be practicing your squat snatch. You will then have time afterward to work on your squatting mobility and ability.
