Make sure you start planning your attack on this whole nutrition project and make it happen. Just do us all a favor and don’t look too deep into it! If you plan on going ‘Paleo’ and have to ask if it’s Paleo, it’s probably not. It’s almost that simple but not really…

    Just finished my 30 day strict paleo cleanse/diet. I am still eating paleo but am incorporating many more carbs and some wine/beer once in awhile. It really does make you feel and look better. I am once again to a weight I haven’t seen for 20 years and my workouts haven’t faltered if anything they have improved. Good luck to you all.

    I will get this done at work today. Hoping to use 115# as my workout weight.
