I don’t tell you need to stretch for any other reason than the fact that I want you to be successful around here! So go stretch yourself out and who cares how you look. When it comes to looking cool and stretching, no matter who you are and how you stretch you’ll never look or be as cool as these two!

    that was one of the more tougher wods ive done in awhile. im calling it the cherry picker wod. And you know its a good one when you almost revisit your lunch.

    dan did you see your self in the background it looks like you are trying to give yourself a happy ending. I am with keith that was a tough wod 33.21 Rx.if you had something left after that you did not go heavy or hard enough.

    I was fried too, 31:31Rx. Except for Sundays, it’s been a couple weeks since I took a rest day. Today seemed like a good cherry-picker. Good luck
