I’m glad we had a chance to take a little time off. We had time to relax and reflect on the past few months, which have been awesome. And we’re excited for the next few months and we’re ready to see everyone hit the next level.

    Grace was a killer this am. It took me a few to recover from that one.

      I finished in 3:22. It was a good warm-up for the week.

    Yeah Steve you had a hard time getting back to reality after that one! I did Grace, Rx, 3:09. It hurt but I don’t think it hurt me as bad as it did Steve. I wanted to beat Molly’s 2:42.

      Yeah a weekend of too much indulgence I think had something to do with my recovery time. It took me at least 15 minutes to feel ok again.

      no competition when you’re lifting twice the weight I lifted.
