Two head injuries, multiple scratches and bruises, and several (at least) hangovers…a very successful first Crossfit Games!!!! I don’t know who left naked, but I have a full set of clothes w/ shoes. Plus a pair of black flip-flops.

Sounds like you guys had a good time. Hopefully I am not working during the next one. How did that feel yesterday Dan?

Today’s was a good one. I felt good this am and was able to get through it pretty quick. Good job to the am class, everyone rocked it.

I kept my clothes on, but came home with some bruises, scratches, and lots of fun memories. thank you Amy and John! that obstacle course was the most fun I’ve had in a long time!

good workout today. took me just over 20. getting that 35 # kb up 120 times proved challenging. I was stoked to get ten unbroken butterfly pull ups mid WOD.

Very interesting link Molly. It makes me feel better about that drink I had while cooking my dinner tonight.

Isn’t Newton’s Law something like an object in motion continues in motion unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. I’m pretty sure, but not certain, that we weren’t rolling that log on a hill,… so gravity is out. Hmm? It was a blast, sure wish more of ya could’ve made it. Thanks John & Amy, very cool to open your house. No WOD for me tomorrow.
