Tough Mudder

Ok, Saturday Tough Mudder is sold out and Rosie and I are down for doing it on Sunday. Let me know if any of you are in, over the next couple days and I will create a team and sign up. The date is Sunday September 23rd. Make sure you plan on taking Monday off of work, I know I will be!

Let’s do this people, let me know by the end of the week if you’re in! We all need to sign up before the weekend is over, I’m not doing this alone – I need a team!

    I am trying to help you out Elijah and get people to start posting on the blog 🙂 Once again got it done this am at work. Completed in 11:38 as rx. This was a fun one, hadn’t done split snatches in awhile. I had to do a few practice sets to remember the move.

      Have fun. I like all the power sprint workouts. I did learn one thing yesterday, Hang Cleans are my nemesis.

    I really liked yesterday’s WOD – I don’t use a lot of weight, but felt like I was really using and improving my strength. Thanks Elijah!

    dang, Steve – you smoked this one! 16:33 for me. love the split snatch and look forward to seeing it in a strength set. also, I need to practice those toe to bars on the bar. I see how the toes to ring have made me lazy.

    Super busy day at work, won’t make it today, bummed cause it looks like a good one for me. Gotta love the bruises on my shoulders from the jerks we did.

      If there’s a run in the WOD, Amber will always beat me (unless there are back extensions with the run). Also, Amber rocks the snatch! me, not so much.
