Alright, this picture was sent to me by Scott to try to convince me to join in on the action… Tough Mudder is an event that a good amount of ACF athletes are already signed up for. I have been asked a few times by a few different athletes if I or more ACF peeps were going to join the fun.

    26:01 today (i think). phew! what a WOD. i’m glad the 400 meter run is in the shade come afternoon, because you’re gonna get hot with this one.

    Great WOD today! Perfect prep for the tough mudder. Elijah, you should dress like Mel Gibson in Braveheart, complete with the blue face and kilt!
